So killing a courser, then killing Father, and then nuking the Institue is 'working with them'.
One thing that was weird: I went to the Railroad to see what they'd say after destroying the institute and Desdemona said 'I heard you've been to the institute, that you're working with them. After repelling then attack it prompted the quest 'The Nuclear Option' to begin and it said 'Talk to Preston Garvey about attacking the Institue.'įrom there it was just going through the same motions as the other factions.
Then the institute launched an attack on the castle. I used the minutemen to build the teleportor and killed father before he said anything. Alright I went ahead and tried it on my second playthrough.
